Shipping & Returns

 

 

Delivery

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. While we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

 

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We also are unable to ship major items e.g engines/gearboxes and large bodypanels.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns


We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order we will refund the value of the Products supplied provided that you inform us within 7 days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  Products must be returned, together with the delivery note, to us in perfect condition to the address specified on the delivery note.

To cancel your contract with us for the Products you must, within the 7 days, beginning on the day after you received the Product:

·        (a) contact us via a method explained on the Contact Us page of your decision to return the Products;

·        (b) return the Products and delivery note to us, immediately, and in the same condition in which you received the Products; and

·        (c) return the Products at your own cost and risk.

Products returned will be liable for an administration charge and re-stocking charge of upto 15% of the value of the returned items. 

Damaged Products or Incorrect Deliveries


Our warranty contained in 'Products' above is subject to the following conditions:

·        (i) the Products must be stored in appropriate conditions; if you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result; and

·        (ii) any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects apparent on delivery in the Products must be notified to us by you within 7 days of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage/defect and quoting the order reference number; failure to notify us, within 10 days of the delivery date, will deem you to have accepted the Products. In some cases we may require you to return the defective Products to us at its cost. We will examine the returned Product and will, where appropriate, notify you of your refund or replacement Product via email or telephone within a reasonable period of time.

Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects and we are liable for the claim, we can, at our option, make up the shortages or replace the Products free of charge, or refund the price of the Products in question to you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email regarding your returns. If your order is accept for return we will issue you a Returns Material Authorisation number to use to send your items back. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In addition for defective Products we will refund you reasonable costs incurred for postage of the Product, but we shall have no further liability to you. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the Products.


Warranty


Genuine Audi Parts And Genuine Audi Accessories is 2 years, if an item fails during this period you can contact your local Audi Dealership who on production of proof of purchase will investigate the product failure.

Road Angel warranty the customer must contact Blackspot Customer Services via www.blackspot.com, where they will assist you regarding your product. Road Angel products carry a 12 month warranty.

Audi Lifestyle and Merchandise are subject to a 28 days warranty period, after this period we cannot accept any Audi Lifestyle or Audi Merchandise products for return due to defects or failure.
